Need Info re: Webcam Lighting
What type of lights and placement of lights when you want wonderful webcam lighting?

Lighting for photography is what separates the the pro from the amateur.Personally I have never seen good lighting in conjunction with a "webcam" or a phone camera for that matter. Just shining a bright light at yourself is going to result in hotspots and deep shadows. The best way to go is to bounce the main light off of a white wall to "soften" it. If you can get away with it go outside and use natural light.
BTW don't try taking "selfies" in a mirror. They will nearly always be blurry because the camera will focus on the mirror and not on you. Now a camera that can be manually focused will take good mirror pictures but phone cameras never will.
