Hi, I've been a member for a while but just decided to put my toes in the water. How does one get provider status? Is a Website required? Do I need to have someone vouch for me?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the Arkansas Independent Provider Reviews forum. At the top, there is a sticky thread with information on how to become a verified provider.
In Arkansas, approval requires reviews or vouches from two well known, respected and established Eccie members, male or female.
