Hey I was wondering if there is a way for provider accounts to access ros. eg a provider gets premium access

also I wonder if it is considered bad form for a provider to read the reviews about her. I could see pros and cons

thx _

No, provider access to PA is not possible.
Of course you can read the rest of the review and following comments.

However, many wks will PM the info. Or the provider has a second or third handle ...

If a private comment is made all I see is a blank comment box, but it does still show who posted it. There is no evidence of an ROS for providers in a review unless it is mentioned some where in the stats of the review. We do have access to comment on our review thread (Reply Button). However, although apparently not a written rule, they do not like for the provider to comment in her review thread. I learned of the Private Comments and Provider Comments with a couple of my own Reviews.

This is my opinion as a Verified Provider with 22 all Yes Reviews;
I feel that as a provider I should be able to read the ROS at the very least in my own reviews. I feel this would allow me to see what my clients like and don't like in our sessions. This information would also show me my strengths and weaknesses. How do I know what not to do, what to do more of, or what I may need to work on bcd if I don't have access to this information? This would benefit me as a provider as well as my clients. If we are given access to the ROS I believe provider access to comment in review threads should be taken off our screens as an option altogether. Completely remove the Reply button and Boxes. Personally any problems or issues a provider may have with a review I feel should be handled via PMs between the reviewer and provider and mods if needed. There are other forums that a provider can discuss her review publicly without it being tied directly to the Review itself.
These are just my opinions like I said, but I hope it helps. I am just a provider trying to make every experience for my clients bcd's better than the last. If you can't be good be good at it, right?

You have white knights that show them the RoS. There are sites out there that you can access to get the RoS.

They don't have access to it from being a member but they do read them and then black list you if you say something bad.

I dont do ECCIE reviews.

red headed cougar, there would be so many drama posts as a result, it is best that the ROS not be available.

To get what you are after why not send your clients a thank you PM after each session and asking what you could do to make their experience with you even better? Do assure them that you will not argue with their opinion because...well....it is THEIR opinion. I'll bet most guys would be happy to give input. Be prepared to accept any critique graciously or the guy may feel uncomfortable returning.

And as a plus, you could thank them for their honesty and offer a little longer session the next time they book. Maybe add 15 minutes? It's up to you.

Yeah... It gets complicated fast. Obviously there are workarounds to "visibility" obstacles. Thanks all for expressing how you think it _should be.
