Banned accounts which show later recent activity

I see some accounts which are permanently banned that show activity months after the account was banned.

Why would that be? Perhaps an Admin would reopen it to change an email that was used to register it....or?

The member in the link you posted is not the same member as the profile you posted

Favela has been a member for 3 weeks and is commenting on crap from 8 months ago and seems to have grudge against other members or providers.
Most of his (or her) posts are about how easy it is to make a phony account.
