Help me out with some clarification

And in the above post it said it was Zoey, aka Delilah. Now I saw the posts from Zoey and she looks quite different than the current "Delilah" add pics so I'm really confused.

Is this the "Zoey" that the op from the first ad is talking about? I've been wanting to pull the trigger on her for a while but I'm not wanting to drive out there for Zoey if thats the same woman as delilah. Looks like 2 completely different women to me.
