Main Albany/HV page not showing date of most recent thread

This problem seems to be prevalent at least in Albany/HV. For example, in the Sandbox section, the thread “just to annoy us all” is the most recent thread in that section, yet the main page indicates and older thread is the most recent.

What is being done to fix these posting problems? Are the powers that be even awhere?
