Is anyone actually administering OH2 right now?

In early January I went there and got a 'failed login count exceeded' and couldn't log in. This was still during their 'DDOS' attack so I patiently sent an email to the support email at the bottom of the page requesting it be reset. CK had told me before at socials not to use the 'forgot password' since it was broken.

No reply, so I sent another a week later. Still no reply so I added CKs gmail address to the recipients. Still no reply. I messaged CK on here - no reply.

At this point I hope CK is doing okay, but I've seen him post so I know he can at least work the keyboard. If he doesn't have anyone helping him with administration of the site he needs to get someone.

I've been on Eccie forever but since they dropped ads and price info, it's not much help aside from discussion. I'm on PacePro as well but there's only a handful of providers for Austin on there and it hasn't quite taken off. That leaves OH2 - which I can browse without logging in but don't get all the folders and can't reply to any of my messages.

Just make a new account.

And thats all I can say bout that
There was a previous suggestion to use the browser Puffin for OH2 and that cured all my access problems to OH2.

OH2 is up and running fine currently.
Admin there does not have time to respond to service requests if they are dealing with attacks.

Your "Failed login count" issue is a standard site defense for any system. That will take at least a day, sometimes more, before it resets.
Clean out your Browser, then try login again.

As for my access to OH2, I have always been able to get it using Chrome or Firefox.

I can access it generally just fine. But I think when it has a lot of traffic the user/pass doesn't work and sends me to a "failed login."

I usually just don't bother and check out info you can see without logging in.

Doesn't matter much honestly to me anyway aside from the that info since I've never been verified there even though I've been around for what almost 10 years?

This is what I get when I go to the site:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from home.ourhome2.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
This server could not prove that it is home.ourhome2.net; its security certificate expired 338 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page.

Unfortunately the good ole days have gone and the providers, service, quality and reasonable prices have gone with them.

Heck, I can’t remember the last time I played in this current hobby situation.

Daytime,

Go through the puffin app and in the search bar put ourhome2 escorts. Then ourhome2 pops up with an app and press that and it will take you to ourhome2 sign in
I used to have trouble accessing the OH2 site, but recently discovered a trick that fixed my problems.

I used to type "ourhome2.net" into my browser address bar, and sometimes it would work, but sometimes I would get a page that looked like this...

<html>
<header><title>This is title</title></header>
<body>
Hello world
</body>
</html>

It turns out that typing "home.ourhome2.net" works all the time for me. I think that there is a service running on "ourhome2.net" that is supposed to redirect your browser to the actual home page which is "home.ourhome2.net", but it doesn't work most of the time, and it gives you the "Hello world" page when its not working.

I didn't install any special browsers, or use a VPN, or any of the other tricks that I've seen described here. Just type the correct address, and since I figured this out I haven't had any problems.

Just type "home.ourhome2.net", and you're good.

This trick is amazing! I would say 95% of the time I go to the website I get that HTML and it's so frustrating. I figure it's down for days on end, but then when I can login there are plenty of posts. So apparently it's just me.

Thanks for the tip!
