Porn vs Prostitution: Again

This comes up here every sis to eighteen months, but I want to make an observation.

So the typical question is something like: If yolu pay someone to "perform" sex acts in a pornographic film, how is this different for paying the same person to perform sex acts without the camera?

I don't really want to re-open that discussion now, but do want to make an observation. While surfing through some Japanese porn, I sometimes see a clip where the female lead is completely identifiable with full close-ups of her face yet the male participant (s) is unrecognizable due to digital blurring of the face.

My completely uninformed speculation is that they may have paid to be in the film knowing it will be posted to the web. They get to have fun with some hot Asian JAV model in a fantasy setting/scenario and maybe get an uncensored copy of the a high quality video (not with some ones phone) as a trophy . . . .or whatever. I really have no idea.

Anybody know the reality of this?

I'm not 100% certain, and maybe things have changed, but it used to be that Japanese porn would digitally blur the penis. Somehow the penis was considered obscene, illegal, but fucking, sucking, cumming on a woman wasn't blurred, When Bukkake became a rage years ago, the Japanese model would have all these digitalized dicks, spraying on a unblurred face. Not sure about the men's faces. I don't remember seeing blurred male faces, but maybe it's changed, or like you said, maybe it was an amateur production, and the males didn't want to be recognizes. I've seen this in American porn too. Guess it beats wearing a mask.

All genitalia is censored in Japan. The Japanese have it right on blurring the fucktards' faces.

But not all male faces are obscured. Many" high production value" videos show everyone . . .they are all porn stars so to speak. Yet there are some that clearly show the female performer but not the men. Some times its only one or a few of the male performers..

Some guys might think it cool to have a near-studio quality DVD or digital video of them having their way with a hot provider.


I am wistfully thinking that this is a case of getting non-professional men into the action for money, that is; the men pay to be in the video screwing a JAV model but their identity is hidden.

whatever is actually the case in these Japanese porn videos , I think a viable business model could be developed that could succeed here in the USA if promoted in the right jurisdiction, say Nevada or possibly in California.
