Learning To Fly

Tomorrow I turn 42, and since I run the family ranch in Australia, I figured I would learn to fly. Well mom stepped up, and paid for me to learn to fly helicopters. So, I figure 2014 will be uplifting or come to a dead crash.

So if you don't hear me, we'll the obvious has happened.

Stay horny my friends,
The Aussie.

Good Luck nab. I know helicopters are a LOT harder than planes to learn to fly.

Best of luck sugar!!

Good luck. I hear y'all are having a heat wave down there.
Yes, helios are harder to fly. The hardest part is learning to hover. Are you going to learn on piston or turbine? If piston its either the R-22 or Schweitzer 300.

Turbine. After completed I want a Bell 407.

There's a lot of land to cover.
Inital training in a Bell 206? Flying in a 407 sounds great. I was going to suggest MD helicopters, but after a little research, the top speeds are not that much different. Plus you have the extra room in the 407.
