How do I post a private reply to a review?
If you are at your PC, smartphone or tablet and using the standard version of the site, after clicking "REPLY" and are taken to a response box, look for the word "PRIVATE". click and the tags are applied for you.
When using the mobile version of the site, after clicking on "REPLY", in the message box, type [PRIVATE] then enter your message.
Then type [PRIVATE] again but type a / in the bracket before the word PRIVATE the second time.
