Premium access but cant see the private posts?

Im premium, and cant see them. Is there a new level of premium? It on 2 browsers and my phone, so doubt that is the case.

There is no "new" level of PA and your account looks fine on our end...

Might be we have too many people that cant figure out how to use the internet.
