there was a mardi gras episode of COPS i saw yesterday where they busted ticket scalpers in New Orleans who were trying to sell tickets for 3X their face value. they ended up getting those tickets taken from them OUCH! they are out thousands and I'm curious what they end up doing with those tickets.
