Hobby/Dog Friendly Landlords??? Are they real or just a myth???

As you all know I am looking to move.
I am in need of a
hobby friendly & dog friendly
landlord.

I know someone on here knows someone who knows someone.

That is basically why I'm asking for help from anyone here who can point me in the right direction or put me in contact with someone who can help.
Depending on the breed of dog you have the homeowner's insurance policy/premium might be your biggest obstacle. It might be to your advantage to see if you can buy a policy that holds your landlord harmless of claims. You could then use that as part of your rental negotiations to keep the rent down.
