seeking business room you get half

i need a place to do business. i will give you half of what i make. please be near 199 and 820. I have an apt. i will not be there overnight EVER. it will be a daytime thing

I think half is really really generous - seeing as you're booking your own appointments, and doing the work. Renting space should not be the same as working for an agency.

I used to rent out my incall to a lady for $40/hour. When I rented from other ladies in Vancouver it was 50-60/hr. You should never pay more than $100/hr for a room imo.
