Medellin/Cartagena Trip Tips?

Hey all, was going to book a trip to Medellin and then Cartagena in November. I was wondering if any of y’all had tips on the best spots to eat, fun activities to do, your favorite hotels, and obviously the best places to scope out the women and fair rates for them in either city you have visited previously. Any insight from your experience is appreciated, thank you
