IMO it is one of Sinatra's worse !I am far from a music critic, and I dunno that that is one of Frank's "best" works, OR his worst, but it's not one of my fav's either. I have no idea how to judge "best" when it comes to music. I do like this by Frank though....
His voice struggles with the lyrics and the melody.

He wasn't perfect. Several of these threads reveal him breaking meter causing the orchestra conductor and the musicians to adjust constantly.
