Re-direct to Slixa

I keep getting redirected to Slixa.com when I have clicked several different forum links including my own user CP. I see their ad here, but if I wanted them I would click their ad.....it's getting irritating.

Only happens on mobile. I get tired of it too, may be they paid to have it that way ......
it happens to me about every 30 hours... its like a cookie resets so the pop up appears
