Is California about to fall in the ocean?

Been getting a lot of small earthquakes the last 7 days. Usually precursors for a larger earthquake to come.

They had an earthquake in Alaska over the weekend too.

I have never heard of Alaska having an earthquake for as long as I can remember in my lifetime.

We couldn’t be that lucky! Alaska had a huge earthquake 9.2 in 1964.

I left that Commie state for good many reasons. California Island anyone??

Not very old. Second biggest earthquake in recorded history was there. 1964, as DFWClubGoer pointed out. 9.2. Only one bigger was Chile in 1960. 9.5.
