For the record, I don't like any of them, but when they get one right, I'll say so.

What does being an "originalist" have to do with this ruling? Breyer and Kennedy are most definitely not "originalists" and they voted in favor. I think COG needs to do a retraction. I'm not even sure if Roberts is considered an "originalist" any more.
