Sometimes there are reviews that are obviously written either by the provider or handler... my question to the staff is, what is done to look into these review "ads"?
If credit is given for the review it not only gives them a false review but also allows them premium access.

The vast majority of such reviews are rejected anyway for other reasons. They are quite easy to spot. However, there are some that appear to be legitimate but yet appear to be suspect. Those require more legwork, as it were, to verify.
How about reviews that are written on NCNSs...do they get credit?

No, because no activities took place.
