I noticed gas prices are up about 30 cents since I filled up the tank last week...

Enjoy your $4 gallon gas coming soon....

There is no legitimate purpose in getting deliberately banned.

Edited out last sentence, was practically a plea for points.

I don't pay attention to it.

I believe the original premise of the thread, pointed out several days ago how asinine opposition to energy independence is.

See it as a tertiary symptom of a very very serious disease.

Iran will go back into OPEC, or at least allowed to sell their oil again on the free market, which will bring prices back to $25 a barrel and the poor in the USA can rejoice to their $2 a gallon fuel.

Who cares if $4 a gallon gas will create 200,000 jobs that pay 6 figures, as long as I can commute back n forth to Wally world for $2 a day I'm happy in my microeconomic world.

In the grand scheme of things oil is dying. With covid folks are driving less now, so there is no shortage of oil. Plus EVs and CNG vehicles increasing sales are killing the need for oil. My next vehicle will be EV.

IMHO these Big oil Crooks and their Arab pals can go drink their freaking oil!

I'm waiting check out the Ford Mach-E Premium with extended battery. I like what I've seen so far in online reviews. Nothing available in Rochester for a test drive yet. I like the body style, two screens, and the interior is much nicer than the Y.
Pros and cons for both vehicles, but the Tesla looks so vanilla. I like the idea of the CyberTruck, but it's ugly as hell and too long
for my garage anyway.
I test drove the Tesla 3. I liked the idea of no oil changes and the usual 7500 service charges. Nothing like an EV when it comes to very little service. Plus all the safety stuff on it and the self driving mode. Amazing car.
The only thing that kept me from buying was the noise from the tires going down the thruway. Under 50 miles an hour its as quite as a mouse though.
