Good afternoon, My friend is trying to set up an Eccie account and it keeps saying she can not make a duplicate forum from the device. The thing is she tried from a tablet that has never been registered to an Eccie account. She tried from her iphone as well as a brand new laptop. Can someone please help us please and thank you!

Try setting up the new account from a different IP address (other location). That should resolve your problem.
