There are no ties to the hobby with this date. Its been probably 7 years since I have been stood up so Im not used to it. I have been called on my way a few times, but other than that I dont think any girls have ever given me less than a few hours notice if something has come up.

Its too bad. She is a really cute and entertaining girl that I have met a few times and finally got a date with her (or so I thought). She actually initiated it also so I think that is why I was thrown off a little bit extra too.

Im over it now, but needed to vent a little an hour ago. I just need to figure out what I am going to do with my night.

Sorry bigryan222, I feel for you. It would be nice if they would at least let you know what is up. Damn women;-)

That sucks. Let us know if she ends up calling you. It's always *possible* that something happened which could have prevented her from calling. I wouldn't hold my breath of course, but things happen.
