Well, I have looked and looked but cant figure out how to post an encounter. Please assist! Thanks.

go to Upstate NY(better known as Upset NY) or whatever area you saw lady
roll down to Encounter Reports
click the new encounter button

fill in

submit
one hour to make edits

Thanks. Figured it out. Now to get credit for my posts I am supposed to message upstate moderator. I see how to message. But dont know how to find moderator? Thanks again!

There is no reason to contact the local moderator he or she will see the encounter was posted and if it qualifies they will approve it.
