Harder than I thought (I got 27)

A little Presidents Day exercise. This is not that easy....... but it should be.!

Below is a link to a 30-question test to see how well you know US Law. Not exactly grade-school level. Give it a shot, and see how well you do!

Supposedly 96% of all High School Seniors FAILED this test ... AND if that's not bad enough, 50+% of all individuals over 50 did too.! ! Take the test and be surprised at what we don't know.

Woohoo! I got 30/30! There were a few which made me think (such as how many amendments were never ratified) and the one about which is a current Amendment to the Constitution was a tricky little bastard, especially if you don't understand how Amendments are "repealed," but how the Hell could anyone fail that test? If 96% truly did fail, all I can say is...

I scored a 26. Not bad for an over 50 guy. Got tripped up on the amendments questions.

I didn't even finish it. I hated history and anything with politics. Now if it had been a math or English test I would've passed with flying colors.

24 for me, ,thought I had done better.

26 for me too, and I'm over 50. Sent to a 31 year old and he got 17, was LMAO cause he thought he'd ace it.

27 for me.

28....this is pretty much the same test they give new citizens and they have to score 75% or better....sad thing is most people in this country dont even qualify

Only missed 1! Whoo Hoo. Just couldn't remember the last year an amendment was ratified and passed. I know the last one closest to happening was the Equal Rights Amendment but the time limit for states ratification expired and it was then dead.

I got 27. I've only gotten really into politics since '08. However I've always voted Republican. I'm 33.

I got a 29. I missed the how many amendements have been ratified but never passed. Damn!

GRRR! I only got 23.

28 the amendments got me.
