A week to rest and prep

In order for Senile Biden to give one one-hour speech he requires a full week of bed rest, all duties scrubbed from his schedule (plus whatever the doctor prescribes). The entire presidency has to hit “pause” for days on end so he has the strength to read aloud for 45-60 minutes.
