Am I verified to post an update on my availability and or current location?

Lately I've been receiving a high volume of pm requests concerning my availability and incall location. I'm unsure how to navigate the site and what and where I'm permitted to post if at all. Please let me know. Thx!!!

You may post 1 weekly update per 7 days in the Weekly Update Section

You may post 1 Weekend update Section between 6am Thursday morning thru 9pm Sunday night.

You may NOT mention specials, rates, services, GFE, PSE or anything that insinuates Pay For Play.
