Take just 1 of those guys in the yellow vests to keep an eye on the park to prevent vandalism and you can do without the expense of all of those barricades and the numerous people to try to keep them in place. This is a perfect example of why I think we need to cut back on the federal government.

A creative person could easily find a way to maintain the park with volunteers and private donations without costing a penny of tax dollars. After all it was built with private money.
