Not me, but my Dad had his entire prostate removed. He was incontinent and had to wear a diaper for a year and a half. No chance of ever getting an erection again. Viagra did nothing for him. All the nerves were cut by the surgery. Then they also gave him radiation treatment to make sure he was totally FUBAR.
They now recognize that prostate cancer is very slow growing and tends to be localized. PSA tests are rarely done or recommended these days, since they are highly unreliable. For my Dad, surgery was worse than the cancer.
He died of a heart attack 3 years after the surgery. You tell me how having a Water Pipe and wearing a diaper improved his quality of life.
Well, I had the surgery a few weeks ago. Had 1/2 the nerves cut but may gain continence slowly over a few months.
I may have penile rehabilitation which could mean injections, drugs, vacuum devices, or implants. Only about 30% ever get an erection naturally. Ejaculation won't happen, but orgasm may. I had good, if infrequent (1-2x a week) boners before surgery.
I'm a lover of women and really want to stay active. I guess I'll have to discuss it with people I am with and find some who will help out. I'm thinking BJs and oral.
My dad had PCa 25 years ago and he's OK, does wear pads but not fully incontinent. It does run in my family. I have watched my PSA since my dad's PCa and it was 4.2 when I went in. My doc mentioned about PSA giving false positives but stressed he believes it saves lives. Mine turned out to be a very bad type, Gleason 9, but may have been contained in the prostate, so I may not need radiation.
Sorry to hear what you are having to go through and I wish you the best of luck in your recovery. There are some wonderful ladies on here and I'm sure you will be able to find what your looking for. If you like AA spinners, you might want to talk to PeachySexy. I read that he doesn't mind water sports and I can confirm she does a mean BBBJ NQNS.
As a massage therapist, I have worked with gentlemen who have had this surgery. Good thing for you is that the surgeon left some of the nerves that surround the prostate. Massage of the perineum is good to help with scar tissue. Being your surgery is recent you should give the area time to heal though.
Some of the gentlemen I have seen in the past experience orgasm, but not ejaculation, this is taught through deep breathing, via Tantra. They also use pumps, injections or cock rings for erection. Really, it is mind over matter, you can experience orgasm it will be a new learning curve and letting your body feel the sensitivity. Hope this make sense.
My doctor said I would.lose my desire. Its only been s couple of weeks but I haven't found that to be true yet.

Before any one else runs off and gets surgery, explore alternatives. Also periodic testing once or twice a year keeps track of your physical status in a variety of issues that can "creap" up.
LexusLover, I had several choices. Surgery, radiation, and several chemical treatments including andigen therapy which is chemical castration, and chemo.
Now that I had surgery I can still use the other treatments but if I had gone with radiation first I would not have been eligible for surgery later. Since my pathology shows they did not get it all I'll likely be doing andigen for a couple of years and then radiation.
On a positive note I did have an orgasm the other day. Watching porn, I wasn't hard but started feeling something and POW had an orgasm that was nothing like what it was! Extremely strong, maybe 5 seconds, knocked me out for an hour after. I have hope, haven't tried again but next step is to try a cock ring.
