Busted by phone

I’m sure in PA they may try to make an arrest on soliciting via “ the use of a communication device while committing a felony” law. Big brother may get desperate when They come to the realization that the imprisonments of Sex industry users and workers will not remove prostitution. Just supposing they can apply that to lesser charges and fit it into the sex industry penalties possibly. And the use of a commications device while committing a crime ( for felony’s at least will hold up in court) . And as long as the one of the sides of the phone communication is cooperating with LE you don’t have to say much to be charged. Prior to contact with a provider I always check the updated info on her and use a nontraceble app or phone to initiate talk. I don’t talk rates until
Everyone is naked usually in the comfort of a safe environment.

Best to discuss in a local forum if Your city has one and the men’s pvt lounge.
It may be LE who took providers phone and set this up with or without providers assistance. I agree we should be aware of providers who are workimg with LE ,recent arrests , stings. Local ECCIE forums do a great job in Pittsburgh of protecting both providers and hobbyists.
Don’t discuss sex. Don’t discuss money. Like Rex said. And that includes euphemisms and acronyms.

this is why i do not do the texting thing with anyone when it comes to making new friends or seeing already made friends ... you never know who is on the other end of the text ... i make everyone call me directly for reasons like this ... sorry that this happend to you Originally Posted by Randilyn

It was her using her phone with a pre arranged deal set up before the phone rang. Try denying that isn’t ur voice. Denying u sent the text is hard but it’s easier than ur voice. I have a friend that though using a burner phone and changing them regularly meant they couldn’t prove it was them...didn’t work that wY

Also ladies that insist residences are safer. No another grossly false misconception. If ur at a hotel the neighborhood doesn’t get to watch the embarrassing show and u get to keep all ur stuff. If ur home they can and will take ALL ur electronics and paperwork pertaining to bank accounts, assets etc bc u just got arrested for illegal actions involving money. If u have 30k in a safe in ur house do not fool urself thinking ur house is ur comfort place and safe bc they will take anything related to currency money or banking statements regarding money. Get arrested at a hotel embarrassing...but at least that’s all that wa done

Keep in mind, if you haven't kept up with all the changes, that wiretaps are now allowed for misdemeanor prostitution charges, and that the heavy influence is going after the consensual buyers of sex--- men.

Bottom line if they want U they are gonna get u. Hotels are 110% safer than a residence. Especially when haven’t had any taxable reportable income. Their gonna seize ur car cash and ur house. U don’t even need to be convicted for a seizure to happen. The amount of bad information going is crazy. And ur best regular that takes u on vacation 4x a year and knows all ur rl info and u think he would never cut a deal....if it will
Save his ass he will. Final word. I see ladies blast ladies that members here all over twitter under the premises that it to keep everyone safe. When names hit the news it’s over regardless if they say it’s still on going. They blast u pic and name anywhere they can bc u REFUSED to cooperate bc once people see ur arrest they know no one will come near u so when I see other women putting them on blast it really angers me bc haven’t their families and children been thru enough. Why tear some down that’s already torn down. People’s children are reading it. Treat ur neighbor as u would want to be treated bc ur not saving the community from an investigation that ended 2 days ago

None of us know about anyone else, but I can recognize both the voices and faces of most people I know - even if I have met them only a few times: I have a harder time with names.

Accepting a meeting with only text messages is a bad idea. I have met, a very few times, with people who text me, if, and only if, it is an old number that my phone has a record of the person's ID (in code of course).
