software to clean up my computer?

For windows 10, you don't need any antivirus, it has it already built in. If you are not using ssd, your computer will be slow. Always open any unknown site in incognito mode, this way no cache/cookie are saved. Do not click on popup, that is a trick to download unknown file. If you are unsure, reinstall windows. SSD is a must, otherwise it will be slow.
Wow, it's been 4 years since this thread, but computer issues can still be a pain, right? If your Windows 10 computer is still acting up, don't worry, we can troubleshoot together! Have you considered checking for any software updates or driver updates for your system? Outdated software can sometimes cause issues. Also, try disabling any browser extensions that might interfere with Tinder. And hey, if you ever need to upgrade or reinstall Windows, remember you can find cheap Windows keys for a smooth experience. It's always best to have a legit operating system.
I'm not on my computer much anymore. I use my tablet most of the time now. If i run task manager , it says that its running near 100% most of the time. I have not deleted and reinstalled windows for 8+ years and have 1000+ thumbnails and a ton of tv and movies on my computer. There is a lighter version of windows that can extend my computers usefulness.

But again , the computer started acting up when i started going to pornhub and those other sites. I was figuring it was some tracking software they use to make money with

Some good info in this thread. ccleaner or bleachbit +1

Personally, I stopped using Windows at home when Win10 came out and switched to Linux on everything in the house, including the wife's computer.

I use windows at work, but I have people that will come and fix it. This guy is pretty good, explains things well and does Windows and Linux.

Running anything dodgy on a virtual machine, set up on an external hd or ssd, is a good way to keep your more legitimate stuff free from bloat. When it gets sluggish, reformat the vm and reinstall whatever programs you’re using it for. Apps like VirtualBox and some others make it painless to set up. You can also run a different OS like Mac or Linux, that aren’t as likely to pick up malware, on the VM.
