Plan to visit in 2 weeks

Gents, I plan to visit Acuna in 2 weeks. Want to see if I can get some meds cheap across the border 1st then want to see if I can find a club or clubs with nice ladies to watch or have fun with while I get a drink. Any recommendations? I will be on foot so that is important. Is boys town still a thing? Recommendations? As always with my visits I will leave reviews for you guys. Thanks.
