Assistance re-enabling old account

My old account, hughjass69, was disabled at my request. However I would like to get that account re-enabled. I created this account, hughjass069, so I could log in and PM an admin about my issue. However since I used the same email address to create both accounts it seems In have to get hughjass068 disabled before I can get hughjass69 re-enabled. Can anyone help me with this? I can be reached at hughjass69@hotmail.com which is also the same email address I used to create both accounts. Thanks in advance.
