Thanks for sharing. Three things for future reports:

1. Use the New Encounter Report button instead of the New Thread button. This gives you a form to fill out with all the fields, including The Rest of the Story.
2. Try to write your report within 30 days of your encounter. Reports older than 30 days are not eligible for Premium Access credit.
3. Date must be an actual date or a "Week of " date.
