I've done a little recon in a state not listed and would like to post a couple of reviews! Where do I put them?

Is there a forum for that region? Nearby states?

I'd pick the "nearest" forum that makes geographic sense. Then PM the mod/mods for that forum and confirm. I'm sure it's easier for them to answer before than "fix after".
