What happened to "Currently Logged In" list?

At the bottom of the home page, there used to be a list of people who were currently logged in. Today I noticed that is no longer available. Is this a permanent change? Is there some other way to see who else is online?

It appears to be another "side effect" of the recent upgrade/maintenance. No resolution has yet to be reported.
