I believe they are appointment only. I have been there several times for appointment, but from outside you wouldn't know anyone was there.

Thanks. I made an appointment last week and there was a cop sitting in his SUV watching their door. I parked, sat there for a few minutes, and waited to see if he was going to leave. He was still there when I left 10 minutes later. I think they might be watching this place. Don't get caught with your pants down, boys!
