Two issues:
1. "Romantic meal" and "Applebees"... two ideas you rarely encounter in the same thought.
2. If this had happened in Houston, the review, despite containing all of the horrors in the ROS, would still have a "Yes" recommendation. Cause the guy wouldn't want to scare off other "dates".
