Where is the proper place to post NCNS? Had one recently and want to put it out there.

I'm not the authority on these matters, but I would suggest the Co-Ed section.

The Coed forum is the place for both hobbyists and providers to report NCNS incidents.

Also, Verified Providers may report such incidents in the Infoshare forum.

There's also a yahoo group for SA and Austin incidents .
