Review got posted within an hour, no premium access granted
Hi, been emailing staff but not getting a response. Review got posted publicly in short time after I submitted, however I’m still not able to benefit from the promised premium access. Can someone from system administration or the Houston volunteers please help?

It's only a couple hours.
There is a single worldwide que that all reviews are in.
Those are handled 1st in 1st processed.
At any point in time there could be dozens upon dozens in front of yours.
Usually takes at least a couple days
