Saving a partial review or thread?

I had to stop a review halfway through it. How can I save a partial review or thread to finish at a later time?

But you can’t

Copy what you got so far and paste it to your personal note pad in user cp.

Write the ROS in a word processor, then cut/paste it in when you write the actual review.
