MASSAGES? Where to go?

I think I might have done something to my back because it is killing me. It could be just sleeping in this bed that is not mine lol. However, where is the best place to go for a good massage? I am needing a good one. Thanks so much in advance!! Oh, recommendations would be best for The Colony area, if possible!!! xoxo

Find a chiropractor with a massage therapist. You may have multiple issues. Many take short notice appointments. Mine is in Richardson. Too far from you to recommend.
only way to go I've sciatica and a tens machine my therapist does me well

I had a back problem several years ago. The cause was a muscle spasm which I had to get a steroid shot. After the shot, I had no problem with pain. The doc told me it was inflammation that needed to heal.
Thai-style has lots of stretching. Works well for my lower back problems.

Thai Jessica is tops. Thai Nina is great, too.

Also, there's a Thai place on the SE corner of Josey & Valley View in Farmers Branch. Very good massage.

If my pool heater wasn't damaged I would invite you to hit the Jacuzzi! it does wonders for backs!
