Yeah, he did. Killed 3 Americans. He said they were terrorists. They had no trial, no due process. Odumber just blew them up. I guess SCOTUS just let him off the hook on a murder charge.

is ordered by President Trump's new AG.
OBama can still face charges anyway... The Investigation can decide
IF those killings were "official acts" of a President.
The Supreme Court can thus weigh-in once the Investigation
is completed and charges are filed and a trial begins.
Not nice for the America President to be killing people
without the approval of the Congress.
