Charlie Sheen was having sex with scores of hookers just months before he found out he was HIV-positive — and he paid them not to use protection, Manhattan’s soccer-mom madam told The Post on Tuesday.
Anna Gristina, who pleaded guilty to running an Upper East Side brothel in 2012, said she supplied prostitutes to Sheen and his then-wife, Brooke Mueller, at their LA mansion in 2009 and 2010. Sheen said on Tuesday he learned he was HIV-positive in 2011.
“He could have given HIV to dozens of girls,” Gristina said, noting that her agency was only one of many Sheen used.
“The porn girls he liked would agree to go bareback [without protection] because he gave them an extra $5,000, $10,000. And some of them would agree because they were hoping they would get pregnant,’’ Gristina said. “He would give girls incentives not to use protection, and the girls would try to please him because they wanted to come back.’’

What bothers me about HIS situation is that now, he's blaming sex workers, instead of his poor choices. No telling where, or who, the source was for his issue.

In all seriousness, does this change current practices for anyone? As of yet Charlie Sheen has not been "outed" as bisexual and he has not admitted to injectable drugs.
There are many more non exclusive and less in cost girls doing unprotected for no additional fee. If it runs in the high end side of the business you can bet it can happen in our non Hollywood budget lives.
