Did you notify the booker? I’m pretty confident they’d make every effort to rectify the situation. She won’t be there long if this is the case. They have high expectations of their providers. Seen Elsa a few times, she's a sure thing in the beauty and standards department. Had a similiar incident with another K agency in the past. This agency will make it right if you let them know, they are one of the best in town.
