This happened recently... After a some email and text exchanges I arrived at Bella's incall in N. Austin - at the scheduled time - as per her instructions called her, left vmails, sent text messages, etc. essentially to get the room/apt # - no replies. Waited in the parking lot for over 20mins hoping to get a reply - no luck! Finally aborted the mission...
After confirming the time and place, Bella did not contact me anymore to inform me of any change of plans... Later I wrote back an email as well - no response. This is terrible TCB and plain bad behavior. Hope this is not typical of her.
