Shreveport/bossier city la help pls

I want to do a review on a independent provider and I'm too stupid to figure out how on earth to do it. I've researched the learning how to link but can't figure it out! I have basic, newbi, and need the process from the 1st step for dumbies. ..pls.

If you're posting a review for a girl in Shreverport or BC you'll need to post it in that forum. Posting a new review is the same in every city:
