I've done what I can to get noticed, posted photos, given PMs when some inquiry suited me, I'm just not getting any callers or interest. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? (I realize some may take this as unprofessional but I can't improve if I don't know what needs improvement)

Just keep going forward. Try taking a tasteful picture of yourself. Keep it alluring but not graphic. Post that.
Go slowly. One review will lead to a few more appointments. Be the best you can be with regard to sexual acumen.
Also, your picture on your bio page is very cool and very Pagan. Personally, I love it but not sure that image would appeal to the man beast. What appeals to females often doesn't particularly appeal to your client base.
So even if you don't have an actual photo of yourself to share (and I'm a huge fan of not showing your face in pictures!), then pick something that represents the person you are but that might have a more widespread appeal to your targeted audience.
Other than that, don't have a lot of advice to share at this very moment. If you have specific questions, asking them in the ladies area would be best. And you're always welcomed to PM me if you wish to ask me something about this crazy world of ours.
Keep steady. And you'll start to get more work.
Also, a side note: While some women are really banking, most of the females that I know (myself included) are going through a real dry patch. Because I have regulars, I'm alright, but being new ... that presents challenges because we all have bills.
So stay strong. Don't bend with rates or doing activities that you don't feel comfortable doing. And in time, you're get a small client base and then, start building on that.
And this is all cheap, and quick, advice. Take what you want from it and ignore the rest (isn't that a song or something?)
Good luck!
