dearhunters rank?

Not trying to start anything. Just curious of the pecking order. Also wasn't sure if I should of put this in Ask the staff forum?

dearhunter is listed as a mod, but I can't figure out which forum. I also know whe have administrators that have different roles, maybe even higher status than a moderator. I gleam this from the few times I've seen mojojo or DickemDown seem to come make a ruling on things though they aren't listed as moderators in the forum where they give the ruling.

So I guess I am asking is dearhunter a hybrid moderator-admin or whatever. While I never seen him edit a post or hand out a point or even being mentioned as giving someone points he has no problem admonishing mods and admins. So is he the watcher of the watcher?

I just wanna know if I do ever get in trouble, not that I want to, before running to the owner what's the hierarchy for customer site complaints?
