No. The Democrats and Chucky Schumer set the precedent when they denied Bush his right as President to nominate a new justice and then it allowed Obama to do so. That the Republicans paid them back is fair and square.

Bush had 19 months left in Office. Obama was truly a lame duck in his last year.
